Flippin' Mike’s began in 2017 in a little red food truck in Woodstock, ON.  Mike was a general contractor from the 6ix (aka Toronto, ON) who dreamt of trading in his drywall & work boots for a spatula and chef’s jacket. 

With the lifelong dream of being a restauranteur, he only wanted to use the freshest of ingredients, so he sourced out and partnered with local butchers and cheese manufacturers, creating an innovative menu that his ‘fans’ loved.  Quickly outgrowing the food truck, a new brick & mortar location was opened in 2019. 

His biggest & boldest move yet, is an exciting relaunch into Atlantic Canada where he can't wait to serve you using the freshest PEI potatoes, local beef & Atlantic seafood.
